Immediate Load Implants

With conventional dental implants, the soft tissues and bone in the mouth must be allowed to heal after the procedure for the implant to integrate into the bone.

This healing and osseointegration time can take 10 to 12 weeks.

With immediate loading, the patient leaves the clinic with a provisional prosthesis the same day!

To achieve this, in a pre-operative appointment, Dentalmad puts its entire team to work, takes all the data from the patient’s mouth thanks to a scan, a digitalisation, a scan of the model and a dental CT scan. Our CAD-CAM expert prosthetic designers are then commissioned to manufacture and print the temporaries on our 3D printers. Thus, on the day of the implant placement, you will have your temporary crown ready in your dental office, which you can immediately place on the dental implant.

As they serve no other purpose than to provide functionality for a few weeks, these temporary crowns are not usually expensive, but you will be able to see 90∞ of what the final prosthesis will look like.

Its main function is that the patient can use their teeth from the same day of the intervention saying GOODBYE to the UNCOMFORTABLE REMOVABLE prostheses.

When the tissues of the mouth have healed completely, the dentist will remove the crown/s that had been placed provisionally and replace them with others that are DEFINITELY DESIGNED.
